03. Support for retention
Creating a safe and secure working environment
The most important factor for retention is creating an environment where both Japanese and foreign workers can work with peace of mind.
We support an environment that facilitates settlement by providing regular support services and undertaking initiatives that more deeply support the lives and employment of foreigners, such as utilizing "easy Japanese."
Providing opportunities for interaction to learn about the region and get to know each other.
We organize leisure activities and opportunities for interaction for the foreigners we support several times a year.
In addition to providing opportunities for the individuals to refresh themselves and improve their motivation, another aim is to foster a deeper sense of local pride among colleagues working in Gunma Prefecture.

Reason | Why this service is necessary

Simply securing talent won't solve the problem.
In recent years, the use of foreign workers has become increasingly common in workplaces throughout Japan.
However, the reality is that differences in language and culture, as well as variations in skills, often lead to mismatches, problems, and early turnover in the workplace.
While utilizing foreign personnel is a way to improve the workplace, stable implementation requires both "establishing a system for accepting foreign workers" and "continuous support for their retention."
