Why are we doing this business?

I was born to a Filipino mother and a Japanese father, grew up in Gunma, and have been managing a special nursing home for the elderly since it opened four years ago.

In recent years, hiring Japanese employees has become increasingly difficult, both in terms of quantity and quality, making it increasingly challenging to secure reliable personnel. I believe this is a problem that cannot be solved with temporary measures, as it stems from the underlying social structural changes of a declining birthrate and an aging population.

I have always operated my facility with a focus on providing compassionate care.

What Gunma Prefecture needs is a system to recruit highly skilled foreign talent who can connect with users with human empathy, something that cannot be replaced by AI or robots.

In order to continue providing peace of mind not only to those in the caregiving field but also to the people of Gunma and the local community, we hope to contribute to creating a stable employment environment and bringing more flexibility to facilities.
