"Hiring foreigners = filling the labor shortage"
In 2025, we will overturn this conventional wisdom.
We hire people because they are talented. We welcome them as colleagues who will grow together with us. Miyama Link aims to create a society where we can realize our dreams together, rather than just relying on labor.
We will revolutionize welfare beyond borders and languages, and create a place where people from diverse backgrounds can demonstrate their individuality and strengths.
Nursing care facilities will no longer be just"facilities with labor shortages." We will create facilities that is worthy, with a warmer future and welfare that connects with the world.
We are ready to give everything we've got to make nursing care a job we can be proud of, to make it an industry that workers can be proud of, and creating the future together with our colleagues around the world.

Features

As a partner that supports the success of international talent with the flexibility and speed that large companies cannot match, we will create the future together with the local community.
01. Over 30 years of experience × Employing foreigners as "excellent human resources"
We have been recruiting Filipino talent for over 30 years.
Rather than simply "resolving labor shortages," we aim to develop human resources with specialized skills and an understanding of different cultures.
We have a proven track record of building systems that grow alongside companies.
02. Nursing home management On-the-site support
As a business operator of nursing care facilities, the Miyama Group understands the true needs of the people on the ground and what is necessary to support the foreigner staff and make them stay.
Our strength is that we are not just a recruitment agency, but also provide support from an on-site perspective.
03. Flexible correspondence capabilities that only a community-based company can offer
As a company rooted in Gunma Prefecture, we utilize our network with the government and local companies to provide optimal support to each company with the speed and flexibility that only a small or medium-sized enterprise can offer, creating a new form of employment for foreigners.

I want to be the bridge that connects people from overseas and Japan and protect our local nursing care industry.

I was born and raised in Gunma as the eldest son of a Filipino mother and a Japanese father.
I founded a special nursing home for the elderly four years ago and have been running it as an administrator ever since.
With each passing year, not only the quantity but also the quality of Japanese employment is declining, making it difficult to secure personnel who can be trusted to do the job.
This cannot be solved by temporary recruitment measures, and is a major factor in the change in social structure, namely the declining birthrate and aging population.
I have been running the facility with a focus on "compassionate care."
Gunma needs a system that can recruit talented foreign workers with passion who cannot be replaced by robots.
We hope to be able to help create a stable employment environment so that our customers can receive care with peace of mind and to bring more comfort to the facility.
